As a scholar/practitioner of Work Integrated Learning (WIL), I support students and pre-accredited professionals in developing their vocational identities through career coaching, academic advising and structured co-curricular work experiences.I help educational institutions to achieve strong KPIs by adding value to students' educational experience. I do this through building and leveraging strategic employer partnerships to provide a steady pipeline of opportunities for guided experiential learning.I am adaptable, collaborative and resourceful adult educator with a passionate commitment to inspire learners to envision, plan and achieve their learning and career goals.I work from the heart and serve my learners from the overflow of my deepest wells. I’m committed to continuous learning and improvement so that learners may drink from a running stream rather than a stagnant pool. I incorporate in my practice, the principles of anti-oppression, equity, and inclusion in responding to the needs of learners while deconstructing systemic barriers to their socioeconomic independence and psychological well-being.
