I work with individuals and couples who are separating and who have complex finances including international assets which need to be shared. I help individuals and couples resolve the arrangements for the care of their children and issues such as wanting to move to another country or a change of school which isn’t agreed. I work in a number of ways depending upon the needs of the client(s): I have been a family lawyer for over 20 years. I have been assessed by Resolution and am recognised as an expert in finance work including high net worth and complex assets. I am recognised as an expert in the legal directories Chambers and Legal 500.I can work as one lawyer for a couple and give joint advice. I am trained in Resolution Together and my firm’s fixed fee model Accord. I am a mediator trained by the Family Mediation Association and I enjoy helping couples find creative solutions that work for them whilst guiding them on the legal framework. I am trained to work in Collaborative family law. I am committed to avoiding court where at all possible. I am elected to Resolution as a director and sit on the National Committee. I am the Treasurer for London Resolution. I also sit on the Specialist Accreditation committee and I’m assessor for the core scheme.
