Management of projects includes all documentation of meetings, issues, risks, and changes to scope; mitigation of any risks or issues; project planning and definition via project charter and scope; quarterly financial reports; weekly status reports; meeting with vendors, stakeholders, senior management and resources to progress project forward.

Manage all employee workers compensation cases, including: Strict documentation on files following any communication from caregivers, attorneys, third party administrators, courthouse activity, etc.; create and maintain plan of action to bring files to a close, maintain financials.

First line of investigation into any claim resulting in employee's absence from work. Work consisted of coordinating interviews with the injured employee, witnesses, employers, attorneys, medical providers, and any other relevant party with information regarding the alleged injury; strict documentation of all interviews and details leading up to and following injury; obtain and review medical records and any other potential records to confirm or deny compensability; assess all documentation gathered and determine if claim is compensable in accordance with the Louisiana Workers Comp Act; maintain denied claims and continue to investigate via requisition of legal documentation, interviews of any party with compelling evidence of falsified claim, initiate and review surveillance of claimant, attend court mediations and trials to testify on behalf of employer.
