Typical projects require implementation covering several countries, frequently covering different continents and are delivered on-premises or in Public or Private Cloud (AWS). Work closely with R&D team and customers to support FICO strategy for modernization of the FICO Siron solutions in the development of new FICO Products (Alert and Case Management and Risk & Compliance Dashboards) by adopting new technologies to enhance user experience. The product design was done in conjunction with the customer and required a close relationship with the relevant areas in the customer organization (Compliance, Technical, C-Level). Support Sales in Request for Proposals (RfP), Sales Proposals and Proof of Concepts for customers worldwide providing WBS and sizing for Professional Services, Statement of Work and Project Plans. Ensure that all projects are realized in accordance with existing business and technical procedures, policies and guidelines from both, FICO Professional Services and Customer organization. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, manage resource availability and allocation, coordinate internal resources and Partners worldwide. Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and establish and maintain relationships with Partners.
