It's hard to believe I've been in real estate for 20 years. I originally got into it on a whim after working in the tech sector, developing marketing and training systems in the late '90s and early 2000s. In 2001, after our son was born and we bought our second home, my agent—who was also a broker/owner—offered me a sales position. Without fully knowing what I was getting into, I dove in and loved it. However, over time, my passion for real estate has waned, and my interests have shifted, much like the industry itself. Last year, I discovered probate real estate, became a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, and found myself exploring probate, and it's related counter parts, estate planning ( wills and trusts ) as a new avenue. While I'm not a lawyer I suspect there are ways a law firm can leverage me and my skills to.betrer serve their clients.
