I’m Vlad, a seasoned business leader with years of experience in managing people and projects. As the CEO and General Manager of Glass Ninja, a company I proudly built myself from the ground up, I am passionate about delivering the most innovative and gorgeous glass installations imaginable. My team and I have risen through the ranks to become Toronto’s leading purveyor of glass railings, showers, mirrors, walls, and other glass architectural elements. How? By delivering winning designs, reliably and on budget, for our commercial and residential clients. I often say that no job is too big or too small, and I mean it. From a small shower door, to a full floor custom office partitions. I’m a fanatic about clear communication, accuracy in planning and execution, and keeping projects on budget. If it has my name on it, it’s backed by years of integrity and a desire to be the best and most respected in the glass industry. Trust is everything, especially when there are so many partners and suppliers in the mix.We have worked with builders all across the province, and with thousands of families. We did our part in beautifying Shopify’s fabulous new headquarters, and our local Kia dealership is now a cut above everyone else’s, but Toronto’s Museum of Illusions is one project that I am particularly proud of.
