• Led and collaborated with a diverse creative team of 15, made up of researchers and designers. We established a culture of trust where we learned from each other and approached complex design problems holistically working with engineers, product management and stakeholders.• Successfully created, shipped and maintained 200 consumer apps across seven platforms serving locally branded news, entertainment and sports on web, mobile and connected tv devices.• Led the design team in our first connected TV project, resulting in Tennis Channel's current service to 63 million subscribers, offering 20+ linear streams during live matches and a vast on-demand content library.
