Around 6+ years of experience in performing a variety of Kronos Consulting, Systems and Business having experience in Kronos Administrator, Kronos Consultant with specialization in Kronos WFC, applications HRMS and various Payroll systems.Experience as a Kronos Workforce 8.1 Central analyst including Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler.Proficient in Kronos Pay Rules, Work Rules, Schedules, Rounding Rules, Accruals, Premiums as needed.Experience in Integration of Kronos 8.1 T&A with Payroll system and HR using Kronos API and Interfaces.Extensive Experience on various Kronos 8.0 modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Activities, Advanced Scheduler, forecasting, Attendance and Kronos Workforce Central upgrade.Experience in Kronos support, analysis, change management, and implementation across the core WFC, calculated accruals, absence management, device manager, data collection manager, SDM, and WIM modules in various WFC environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required as Excel, Power Point, Visio, QlikView, SQL, MS Visual Studio, Kronos, WIM or Connect.Experience in the utilization of relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL and fulfils tasks associated with data collection, DB creation, and DB review.Kronos SQL and Oracle database administration experience.Experience in the utilization of relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL and fulfils tasks associated with data collection, DB creation, and DB review.Extensive hardware expertise including servers, personal computers and peripherals, and networking configuration.Experience with DBMS and able to handle SQL to manage and retrieve data from the database.
