-Oversee Database analysis focused on key improvement areas for the individuals and forecasting & monitoring the inflow of loan applications using regressions. -Develops tables and views using advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze the average/median time taken from loans getting locked to the disbursement date-Produces monthly reports and dashboards to show loan denial rates and the major reasons for it using the Excel Spreadsheet function and Tableau. -Communicates with multiple stakeholders and keeping them updated about any red flags & risks found during the analysis and providing them with strategic solutions-Spearheaded business planning to achieve the desired target and developed various databases to provide on-time resolutions to meet the expectations.-Classified loan products based on SOPs of regulatory bodies like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and identifying risks in loans to ensure product compliance. Making sure that all the loan products are compliant with the guidelines given by the company.
