After running events and marketing communications for several consulting clients, Wayne moved on to Pleasent Valley owned by Star Management out of California, running all development changes and maintenance to community infrastructure including utilities and common space to clubhouse management. Before this Wayne spent over 10 years in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality world. By managing such operations as the Grand Lux Cafe inside The Venetian Resort & Casino, the beverage floor at New York-New York and Rok Vegas all while starting his marketing endeavors over at Finesse Enterprises (his first partnership in Digital Content Management), and the self-service gourmet dining room at The Wynn Las Vegas.A major highlight of Wayne's career was when he was lucky enough to start in Las Vegas by going through the world famous Management Associate Program (MAP) on the Las Vegas Strip at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino for MGM Resorts International and managing their In Room Dining, Cafe, and Pool Service.Before his hospitality passion took off; Wayne was (and still is) a computer enthusiast who worked in mom n' pop computer shops since he was fourteen. Then a career change happened and he graduated from Florida Culinary Institute with an Associate's of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Management. While going through college he also earned my stripes in the kitchen working his way up to Chef de Cuisine before making my switch to the front of house management, focusing on staff training and guest service.
