To ensure alignment exists between the various Agile teams for a coherent and consistent delivery of product.

Managing a total of 13 developers split in three teams.> Business Intelligence and reporting team - Managing a team of developers and BI experts to create OLAP cubes, ad-hoc and pre-defined reports using Microsoft and SAP BOXI 3.x as the two major software solutions.> Resource Management team - Taking care of managing a team of developers in enhancing our in-house Network Inventory, Scheduling and ticketing system that handles the provisioning and fault rectification of the fixed telephony, Broadband and television service.> CRM Team. Managing a team of developers to integrate, configure and customise a Microsoft Dynamics solution.Additional duties: Supplier Management, some involvement in requirement gathering and managing a small off-shore development team.

Was responsible for a team of 4 developers to design and develop an in house Network Inventory, Trouble Ticketing and Scheduling System which handles all 3P services BB, TV and Fixed line. The system offers auto scheduling of technicians according to service, geo location and skill required, handled support tickets from various channels including IVR and also handle all routing information from household to Exchange through the various inventory items such as DP, Cabinets, MDFs etc... The system also interfaces with the Billing system, CRM and network elements for a seamless user experience. Also led the same team to develop several other systems such as the Directory Enquires systems, Televoting systems, Fixed Telephony Pre Paid topup systems, Fixed number portability, Fixed Telephony Postpaid Bill Payment facilities and various other systems.

Designed and developed various systems such as the HR system, Televoting system, Directory on CD, Online Directory, Call Center Directory services, Broadband billing for wholesalers, Work order management system and various other systems using a variety of languages.

Managing a team of System Specialists and BI Developers> Business Intelligence and reporting team - Managing a team of developers and BI experts to create OLAP self service solutions, ad-hoc and pre-defined reports using Microsoft BI Stack and SAP BOXI.> System Specialist team - Manage a team of system specialist to ensure delivery of Corporate and Strategic projects that IT is involved with. These may be developed internally using Java or .Net or procured via third party software development houses. Additional duties: Day to day administration/mentoring and upward reporting of project status updates to higher management, handling at least 15 projects at any one time.
