As a PM, I express business goals and customer needs through user experiences. I handle a wide variety of responsibilities with an emphasis on leadership, project planning, and product excellence. In my first year, I successfully managed 12 different accounts at $1.9 million invoiced. My largest project of 2017 (14 team members, 14 weeks, and $330,000) came in 9% under budget, which resulted in a continuing partnership well beyond the initial agreement. At the end of last year, I transitioned into more of a program management role for one of our largest accounts. Currently managing 8 active project workstreams, internal and external team members, and aligning said projects to a new global strategy for this Fortune 500 company.

Led the team in identifying the appropriate research methods for the project. Methodologies included: user interviews, market research, card sorts, content audit, and task flow analysis. Also supported design deliverables with prototypes, user testing, and high fidelity mockups. The team delivered a home page, user profile, and editor's hub mockups.

I taught intermediate English to international university students in order to prepare them for entering college in the United States. My classrooms were comprised of students from up to 6 different countries at a time. For this, differentiated instruction and clear communication were paramount for student success. I also developed a journalism class at the school to meet the needs of students who wanted more opportunities to practice practical, speaking and writing skills. This included creating a brand new curriculum for the school.

I came to Colombia as a volunteer with the Ministry of Education. I taught in English classes for a public high school. In addition to English classes, I started an after-school english conversation club, and assisted in coaching the pom team.

I worked in both the undergrad and graduate schools at Uiduk University. As an undergraduate professor, I taught English essentials to low-level students, and English conversation to advanced students. In the graduate school, I taught MA TESOL candidates. I taught and created the curriculum for Digital Media in the TEFL classroom.

I taught English to middle school students in a small, rural school in South Korea. I held weekend-long English camps every semester and taught a weekly, after-school dance class.

Organized and developed structure in the program for 18-24 high school athletes. Implemented study halls and academic process to ensure eligibility and scholastic success.Worked with assistant coaches to develop off-season programs and to coordinate practice plans for upcoming competitions.

Worked with small student groups for individualized instruction. Mentored students with a goal to encourage secondary education. Met with classes to discuss current events, politics, and academics to develop well-rounded students.

Selected and organized news stories based on relevance to viewers and content quality to create a dynamic and informative 30-minute live newscast. I also introduced a production checklist designed to foster collaboration between producer and assistant producer, resolving time management issues.
