• 18+ years of Quality Assurance & Testing, Consulting, Delivery and Implementation experience for various testing types including System testing, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing. • Anchoring Delivery of Testing Services leveraging global teams of approx. 120+ resources peak size • Devise, standardize and socialize organization wide Test policy • Devise and Incorporate Testing processes, tools and templates in accordance with the org Test policy• Analyze status-quo and formulate vision for growth and expansion • Participated in Steer-Co discussions and influence key decisions on Strategic, Operational and Tactical directives for Quality assurance and engineering streams.• Establish three cadre reporting metrics – Strategic, Tactical and Operational metrics across test portfolios/programs handled• Collaborative work approach to sync up and streamline testing eco-system – coordinate with peers, Portfolio lead, Delivery leads, LOB owners, CoE-Subject matter, HoFs etc., • Setup feedback mechanism and ensure testing standards are adhered within the testing organization• Assess gaps, Analyze improvement areas and implement the same in testing organization to uplift the organization maturity ratings• Champion enterprise level adoption of QE processes and practices• Drive Programs and Projects with quality-first mindset• Motivate teams to adapt to change and provide best-in-class testing solutions• Enable Risk based testing approach to ensure appropriate test coverage • Envisioned and established an enterprise wide Monthly QEA dashboards to provide a consistent picture of Quality to Leadership• Strong working relationship with multiple vendors and partners (service and tooling) to percolate testing vision and drive values and outcomes• Manage, Mentor and Steer mid and senior management staff, instrumental in setting up teams for all Testing engagements • Good working exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery process/set ups (CI/CD) using Jenkins/ADO• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Articulating presentations, problem statements, roadmaps in alignment to stakeholder context (Technical, Business, IT, Executive)• Oversee Test governance and Test reporting on multiple projects, programs across the portfolios• Responsible for continuous service improvement and the implementation of transformational and enterprise wide initiatives
