Responsible for buidling a strong internal controls framework within Dell Services.

Responsible for scoping, planning and executing internal audits across the HP world.

Member of the Business Controls team and was in charge of self audits and self assessments of various process outsourced captively to HP GeBC. I was the Internal Controls lead for two commercial customers. I also project managed various Business Controls programs launched in HP intended to identify risks, strengthen controls and design metrics and KPIs to measure such performance.I was the Board member of the Metrics Review Board responsible for reviewing and approving KPIs before HP GeBC signs off with the internal HP Shared Services customers.
