Operations Manager and VP of Ventec Refrigeration. I have thorough understanding of the facets involved with all divisions in the HVAC/R industry. Yearly a representative from Ventec and I attend the AHR Expo to self educate on the advancements and future regulations of the industry put forth by ASHRAE, EPA, DOE, etc. My personal goal is to create an industry where the end user has more financial flexibility with their comfort with choosing a provider to install, service and maintain their equipment. I do feel that technology is surpassing the education of our industry and we must all all times stay learning and keep advancing. In my position I must communicate with all divisions and manage the company from Installation Teams, Service Technicians, Inventory Management, and Office Administration.
