Hostelworld is the world's leading hostel-focused online booking platform.I was hired by the CEO to design and implement a customer-centric go-to-market strategy to support customer acquisition, customer retention, and more.This work involved developing and productionizing customer lifetime value models, defining and operationalizing use cases, and institutionalizing Customer Centricity.

I designed the strategy and led all aspects of the process to successfully integrate Zodiac within Nike. This involved partnering with multiple teams across Nike Direct, Nike Marketing and Nike Digital (e.g., Consumer Knowledge, Membership, Security, Privacy), establishing roadmaps, defining requirements, building processes, redefining analytic priorities and more.

Zodiac was a customer centricity platform that accurately predicted the purchasing behavior and lifetime value of individual customers and customer segments. In 2018, Zodiac was acquired by Nike to support the company's Consumer Direct Offense strategy.I led strategy, business development, client services and operations as a member of the 3-person executive team. In this capacity, I:• Redesigned Zodiac's go-to-market strategy - signing numerous new clients, decreasing client attrition, increasing rollout conversion and nearly tripling ARR• Drove engagements from end-to-end (e.g., sales, contract structuring, negotiations, delivery, rollout)• Negotiated and established strategic partnerships with private equity firms, consultancies, marketing agencies and other software companies• Collaborated with the CEO to develop and deliver pitch materials to multiple venture capital firms to support Zodiac's capital raiseAdditionally, I led all aspects of the business due diligence and supported the financial, legal and technical due diligence for Zodiac’s acquisition by Nike.

I sold and led strategic consulting and software-as-a-service engagements to advise executives at Fortune 500 companies in the retail, restaurant, manufacturing and technology industries. This work focused on in-market experimentation (design, analysis, optimization), network planning and a host of other site and customer-level analytics as a means to increase clients' profitability and grow their market share. I directly managed dozens of teams and the work of 20+ professionals in consulting, data science, product management, sales and marketing. I was also involved in firm activities such as advising, recruiting, interviewing and training.

Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) provided predictive analytics software and consulting services to leading organizations across the globe. In 2015, APT was acquired by Mastercard for $600MM and became part of Mastercard Data & Services, the company's professional services arm.

Financo was a leading investment bank focused on the retail and consumer goods sectors. Financo provided a variety of advisory services including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and special situations. The company is now part of Raymond James.I performed financial analysis, corporate valuation and industry research for a number of sell-side transactions and sell-side pitches.

Paragon Capital Partners is a privately owned real estate private equity firm. Paragon makes direct equity, joint venture equity and debt investments for recapitalization of debt, value-add transactions and real estate development.I primarily researched the national market for undervalued, income producing commercial real estate properties and performed valuation analysis of said properties.
