Senior Technical Support Engineer
Current• Provide technical support and handle escalations to Qualys customers for Vulnerability Management, Cloud Agent and other Qualys Cyber Security Cloud Based products and applications.• Verify and handle vulnerability False positives / negatives for Vulnerability Management and Cloud agent.• Troubleshoot False positive / negative, Authentication, Scanner and platform related issues. Reproduce the issues reported by the customer in our lab and work with the engineering teams to identify issues and bugs• Collect debug logs along with packet captures and analyze them for false positive, false negative and authentication related issues using Wireshark for cx products on Cisco IOS/XE, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Fortinet, A10 Networks etc.• Gather logs, configuration details and attempt to reproduce the product related issues in Lab.• Work with Virtualization Hardware, Software and Cloud Based Solutions such as Azure for Customer Environment Replication and Quality Assurance Testing of Qualys Applications. Engage with Technical Account Managers and Technical Product Managers to ensure proper knowledge and guidance is provided to customers requiring assistance.• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the Salesforce CRM system and Jira.• Automate routine tasks using Python
