- Gathered and promoted sustainability (ESG) best practices in climate action, access to healthcare, and circular economy and drove internal engagement for sustainability-related projects via events and campaigns- Organized the internal hybrid event of the Youth Sustainability Day reaching 200+ attendees

- Guided a team of 5 BSc business students in consulting an NGO operating in Africa for 8 months- Motivated and guided the team, gave feedback and advice on consulting and stakeholder management, mediated discussion between the NGO and the team

- Held workshops in Human Resource Management for classes of 30+ IBA students- Graded exams and essays of students in the same class- Coached a team of 5 students in consulting and NGO

-Led the Giving Tuesday movement in Hungary, and managed partnerships with small companies, municipalities, and more than 30 NGOs and CSOs. Developed an evaluation plan for the campaign, and set goals and development options for next year- Managed a CSR project with a multinational telecommunication company, prepared and led the tender for 20 NGOs, organized the logistics, arranged the budget, gathered the end reports, prepared and presented the evaluation- Planned and co-hosted webinars and pieces of online training for more than 100 NGOs and CSOs during COVID-19
