"The greatest mistake you can make in life is continually fearing that you'll make one." by Elbert Hubbard is a motto that I follow.In my opinion, mistakes is an opportunity for growth and a fear of making mistake would impede our learning and our success.I am currently in my 2nd year in SMU and almost the 2nd year of undertaking a temporary Retail Assistant job at Muji Singapore.I have recently declared a track in real estate and also a 2nd major in accounting data analytics.I have picked up that the key aspect of customer relations is effective communication and mistakes. Communication is important to me to get my ideas across at the workplace or to get information across to customers as accurately and easy to understand as possible. Mistakes are bound to happen when we start, especially when we do not know anything. At the start, I had little knowledge of products and processes in the company as it was my first job and first time working with customers. One thing that spurred me on to gain as much experience and knowledge was understanding how and when to ask for help when I had encountered an issue. Now, I am really treasuring the time I am spending at SMU and at my workplace.
