After completing his education in Theatre and Philosophy (not completed) Maurits was active for eight years as a theatre maker. For the past twenty years he has carved his path as a change facilitator within organisations. In 2013 he joined Strange | Strategy and Change as a partner.In 2015 assigned for three years as a Senior University of Applied Sciences Lecturer at Windesheim, focussing on the innovative learning processes.
