Worked with a small team that supported and managed 36 sites in the development, support and implementation of sales products and operations. Responsibilities Included one-on-one interactions with our sites regarding training, creative direction, and sales methods. Performed on-site market training when necessary. Projects included: - Project Lead for Website Redesign: Coordinated research and design, with the goal of creating a clear stance for our stations to position themselves as “Community Portals,” integrating both news and social interaction. Created a company-wide social media stance regarding Facebook and Twitter on the local level.- Designed, created and maintained a shared company-wide intranet to share product news, sales, and operational information from the corporate level to site-level. - Designed a Shared Content system between all sites to share regional content.- Product management included a 300% increase in sales for our “Green” product from 2010 to 2011.
