ACCU Utrecht University outsourced their business to CGEYI started as the Assistant Network Manager (until 1997), main tasks; install, manage, configure and troubleshoot the University data network. The network build upon Cabletron and Cisco (with approximately 12000 connected devices) Routers, Switches, Bridges, Hubs and Access-servers. Worked on several projects; Cisco Cache Engine (mainly WCCP configuration on Cisco 7513), Migration 10Mb routed to routed/switched 10/100Mb backbone, Implementation HSRP, migration from RIP to OSPF, implementation of a location view within Cabletron Spectrum. Responsible for the network management system (SUN Enterprise 450 with Solaris 2.6) and applications i.e. Cabletron Spectrum, CiscoWorks 2000, CWSI Campus, CiscoSecure and NG-Sniffer.
