Program manage large and complex strategic initiatives from inception to delivery, including develop roadmap, identify critical path and conducting risk analysis. Key Responsibilities:• Cultivate an end-to-end and customer-focused mindset, promoting the development and maintenance of SBU strategies• Design strategic program roadmap, define critical path, risk analysis, drive risk mitigation plan and lead program success• Drive program report out meeting with global leadership team, align business expectations and program deliverables, ensure program deliverable supports business objective • Act as Gate keeper for New Product Development Process, ensure stage gate criteria is met and team’s readiness for stage gate review and successfully promoting program to next stage• Work closely with all business functions such as: Product Management, ENG Design team, Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Manufacturing, Sale Organization, Distribution Centre, Finance, Trade Compliance, marketing communicating… having good understanding of business processes and methodology, which enables good skill of asking questions and collaboration• Identify and clearly communicate team RACI: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed; maintain clear and open communications with all stakeholders• Extensive experience in Business Case Formation and Market Study Methodology for New Product Development Process • Drive cadence meeting and effective communication, always ensure team goal is aligned, maintain collaborative effort with X-functional team to execute and advance program per schedule and within budget • Function as moderator, cheerleader, conflict resolver, enhance team building and maximize team potential

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure product portfolio are represented, needs considered and catered for all existing and new product development projects • Conduct competitive product studies and comparisons including but not limited to branding and positioning exercises• Produce monthly reports on project activities and product sales performance • Project manage New Product Development projects by using 3D tools (Discover, Develop and Deploy) and other marketing/engineering tools• Support product platform and run projects/initiatives such as: Market Penetration Projects, Rationalization Projects, Consolidation Relocation Projects, Lead Time Reduction projects, Supply Chain Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) project etc…• Work across functions/ groups (platform leaders, product managers, regional sales leaders, finance, engineering, IPO leaders, supply chain, plant operation, quality, global MarCom) and define project requirements, action owners, deliverables• Effectively coordinate projects across multiple, international locations and languages to achieve common goals• Manage project triple constraints of budget, scope and schedule • Lead global cross site team meeting with agenda, minutes, action tracking/closure• Manage project change and ensure project schedule and requirements are maintained• Work with functional team leaders to define/manage project risks and formulate risk mitigation plans• Maintain project SharePoint site and ensure projects are well documented• Work with global MarCom leader and ensure global marketing launch in place• Initiate post launch review Vs original strategic Vs CRD, review needs of Change and Change management

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with product management team to transform KTM from a predominantly local Japanese domestic service and supply point into a global player via a coordinated front end process that will foster a selective manufacturing structure, ensuring we meet customer expectations and drive substantial market growth potential• Work with product manager and IBC virtual network to update the KTM product transfer progress and new product development to Pentair global sales teams• Provide enhanced service levels to Pentair global sales teams and customers, across all verticals• Improve response time to requests, especially project, ETO & MRO quotation fulfilment• Enhance technical and commercial capability of export sales teams• Provide guidelines to select the right products from the right location for the best opportunity to win• Participate actively in the global KTM S&OP process setup
