My why:I’ve been helped so much, by God, my wife, family and colleagues. - This makes me want to be that for others!Growing up, we were surrounded by the bustle of parents working hard to make a trucking business go. They taught us, by their actions that you CAN do anything if you prioritize and aren’t afraid to work. Most times harder and longer than you ever thought you could. - Their struggle/victory created passion in me to help people and companies do things better to increase the victory side of that equation. I did a LOT of dumb, unsafe things when I was younger, especially during the ten years I spent on the road in an eighteen wheeler!- Reflecting on this drives me to help our industry be safer — for the truckers themselves, for the companies they build and work for , and most importantly - for the families that wait at home and all who share the road with trucks.
