My responsibilities included, corporate meetings and onsite store visits with Field Operations Manager (FOM), Regional Vice President(RVP), Division Manager(DVM), as well as the rest of upper management, store staff, field staff, and corporate staff. Additionally corporate structure and projections, national training standards and performances, performance reviews, quarterly reports, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly conference to address P&L, Plan and vLY. Further responsibilities to support and provide positive leadership and guidance to a team of 54 associates. I also am responsible for quality standards and training of store flooring and field associates through onsite store reviews and training and coordinated product knowledge training sessions with the installers, product manufacturers, and all service providers. I also coordinate daily with the stores to assist in the scheduling and coordinated completion of specialty orders and orders requiring special assistance.

My responsibilities included training of new associates, retraining of existing associates to ensure performance standards, attending corporate conference calls, corporate center meetings, onsite store visits, and training of store and field associates to ensure performance standards. While performing these duties I was measuring individual orders daily.

My main responsibility was to measure and report existing conditions on site at the time of my measurements to accurately inform the quote department and installers of preparation required to ensure completion. To accomplish this I coordinated over 20 customers orders per day and scheduled an efficient daily route to accommodate time and customer schedule as best as possible to maintain a high completion rate.
