With an unwavering passion for human development, neuroscience and the NPOs sector, and an energy that constantly pushes me to excel, my career is a mosaic of roles where leadership, empathy and innovation are at the heart of every action.As Executive Director of Migraine Québec, I use my expertise in NPO management, my knowledge of relational psychology and strategic communications to support individuals affected by migraine and work towards greater recognition of this condition in Quebec. My aim is to weave together medical knowledge and personal stories, favouring an approach imbued with empathy and rooted in evidence. At the same time, my role as a coach and consultant in strategy, leadership development and communications enables me to help NPO managers navigate through the challenges of professional development, strategy, positioning and leadership. NPOs, with their essential missions, sometimes come up against complex operational realities. Between resource challenges, task diversity, team management, digital developments, the search for funding and more, motivation can run out of steam.
