Client Coordinator, Aon Sweden ABAs Client Coordinator (CC) at Aon, AGCN (Aon Global Client Network) Incoming Department related to global business, my main role is to function as “the cog in the wheel”.As CC, I am the primary contact towards Aon´s worldwide international network, local insurance carriers and the local client.I assist on approximately 200-250 accounts. To be able to keep a high level of service, the administration and processes needs to be very efficient. One must be able to quickly swish from seeing the problem/issue from a global perspective and break it down to a locally detailed/based view.It is important to be able to recognize the difference between a more or less important task, and based upon that prioritize and balance the time spent. I therefor continuously need to develop and erect routines to release workload and to be as efficient as possible when being the link between everyone involved. Manage, coordinate, plan and streamline best practices.Additionally it is of course very important to have and maintain good relations with all parties involved.It can also be mentioned that I am assigned being our companies champion on a global account management system with responsibility to ensure that all colleagues keep the system updated and assist them in any problems/questions, grant access, setup new users/accounts etc.The insurance business is constant subject to changes, hence it is important to keep ourselves updated and informed of any changes or movements related to the Swedish insurance market as well as global guidelines/laws and rules.As global account coordinator we communicate mostly in English so it is naturally required and important to understand and master the language in both speech and written.
