Peer review all Engineering Analysis, Boundary Change Requests and all certification and accreditation documentation and test plans before submission to Navy Authorizing Official (NAO) and FLTCYBERCOM/C10F in support project overall transition plan. Develop and execute the Information Assurance (IA) strategy for all transition projects for the NEDC as well as identify and analyze all NEDC transition customers’ information systems requirements and conduct cost-benefit analysis to validate accuracy of project schedule, cost and performance.
