CurrentReceive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks for Canadian and U.S. HiresEnsured the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS toolsResponsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each rolePromote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting processProvide general support for the TA department(s) and related stakeholders, as necessaryAdminister assessments, typing and math tests to prospective applicantsAssisted new hires through their onboarding process, sending offers, scheduling background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants and fully hiring them through WorkdayCross Trained new recruiters on processes such as moving a new hire through our Workday, sending offers submitting backgrounds, fully hiring a new hire and sending different assessmentsResponsible for Employment Referrals accurately submitting through Workday ensuring each employee is accurately paidResponsible for ensuring documents are uploaded in Workday to ensure audits purposes on each new hireResponsible for I9’S and E-Verifying our remote new hires
