Project Manager of key clients from inception to completion. Work with vendors to resolve any issues with a project life cycle. Fulfillment - Plan with client packaging fulfillment needs and create a work plan to acheive fulfillment goals. Work with vendors - internal and external (in and out of state) to ensure vendors are in place for fulfillment. Manage printing of materials and the logistics for delivery schedules for large scale fulfillment projects. Manage fulfillment needs with daily communication to ensure receipt and delivery of materials. Direct Mail - handle direct mail requests - assist with assigning design team to layout letters, envelopes, inserts for various DM projects. Obtain client mailing lists and facilitate prioduction of DM printing and mail drops. Translations - Manage translations with an external vendor. Obtain documents and Translation From from clients, obtain estimates and scehdules from vendor, obtain project cost approvals. Release art files to the vendor and Certificate of Translation and once project is completed, forward files to requestor and mark project complete. Manage and maintian yearly translation budget.
