I am an experienced and effective corporate security professional in the transportation, logistics and banking industry. I support effective Security engagement, coaching and training for employees and management on subjects of de-escalation, security compliance, and workplace violence. One of my goals is to become a subject matter expert in threat assessments and management through contuing education and certification.I am also a 13-year veteran of the Memphis Police Department. In this position, I was a field training officer, a certified fingerprint technician, and a detective at the Organized Crime Unit, Burglary Bureau, and Economic Crimes Bureaus. I am highly effective interviewing people during complex investigations to uncover facts and evidence and work well under extreme pressure. I also was the chairperson for the Memphis Police Association contract negotiation team. I wrote two proposals for career development which were accepted and implemented by the Memphis Police Department.
