Furthermore, familiar with different market segments by researching and keeping track of their Capital Improvement Plans.On the Operations side of the business, I prepare GMP (guaranteed maximum price) books by contacting different trades, being the key point of communication for a new project, and gather/organize subcontractor bids. Complete access to the project's software, Expedition. Produce meeting minutes for Owners Meetings, and create change orders and owner direct purchases.

My primary responsibility was to uploaded digital editions of the publications (Lifestyle, Orlando Today, Discover Orlando) through “Flipping Book”, a software that enables companies to create online versions of reading material. I managed the company’s website every month as a new publication was produced to update with the latest news. Networked side-by-side with the editor at events like Best Fest in MetroWest and Taste of Oviedo with current and potential clients. I created and managed social media for the company to put them on the map with their target demographic. Also worked in Constant Contact to update client list and generated monthly competitive analysis for the Tourism side, which included contacting clients to keep them updated with the promotions and ad space.
