I have been working as an Account Manager for Payment Fraud Intelligence, where I support the development of Fraud Prevention Strategies for Financial Institutions. Prior to this role, I worked for twelve years in various positions at the Customer, Financial, and Data Services Division at IATA, where I served the airline industry. During my time there, I led the development and execution of billing and reporting operations at the Global Delivery Center in the USA, Canada, and Singapore. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the data processing performance for CASS and BSP operations, which were designed to simplify the payment process for IATA Accredited Passenger and Cargo Sales Agents.
