This required a high level of detail to ensure that all supporting paperwork was relevant and compliant – documentation includes right to work, DBS and personal detail verification. My knowledge and experience of NHSP systems and processes was pivotal to support the local team and those queries coming through the office. My knowledge and experience has also led to me being asked to help support and mentor other new members of staff while in the head office for training and provided online support on an ongoing basis, answering queries and helping with issues to new and existing members of staff and also other teams and departments while still maintaining internal customer service. -
