Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst
Following Discovery's acquisition of Top TV and MediaWorks Television, this role was to migrate those channels from their legacy scheduling systems to Discovery's broadcast scheduling system, used throughout AsiaPac, Europe and Latam.The position was then extended a several times to: - migrate of these channels from their legacy playout (Louth) to Discovery's cloud based-playout, Evertz- onboard the affliate-based VOD and catch-up scheduling to IBMS- migrate the legacy Warner Media channels to the legacy Discovery scheduling system following the merger to become Warner Brother's Discovery. This was an analysis role with my focus areas being Contract & Rights, Presentation Scheduling and Non-linear Scheduling for APAC.

My role was to define the system architecture, end to end processes and requirements definition for their vendor selection process;• Star India (Sports & General Entertainment broadcaster)This project was to migrate Star’s Sports channel from IBMS to OnAir®. I focused on the system enhancements related to sports programming data and integration with Harris ADC-1000 and VizRT graphics systems;

Pilat Media is a software vendor whose flagship product is a Broadcast Management Systems, called IBMS. IBMS supports processes from programme content acquisitions and scheduling, promotion and media management, commercial airtime sales and trafficking to transmission playlist download and post transmission reconciliation. Although I was the lead across the whole project, my main focuses were on the programme acquisitions and finance, MAM integration (with VizRT Ardome) and programme planning. • Prime Television (Australian regional broadcaster) – The main pieces of work I did for Prime were a post go-live review of areas for process improvement opportunities and the gap analysis of system enhancements required to support them and the automated handling airtime sales spots for programming changes;
