- Responsible for new programs piloting and scaling; a role that has grown from being Kenya specific to launching in Uganda and most recently in Nigeria. - Since joining, has management a program portfolio worth over USD 5M and kicking off implementation of a Malaria scale up program worth USD 9M- I have lead the team that has grown our reimbursement program from working with 20 pharmacies and clinics in Western Kenya only, to now working with over 370 pharmacies and clinics in Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria; Grown our patient reach from 7K patients in 2020 to over 130K patients in 2022- I was the main operations lead from Maisha Meds supporting an RCT study in collaboration with University of California, Berkeley testing the factors that contribute to patient and provider behavior change on Malaria case management- I worked closely with KEMRI on a study to test feasibility of pharmacy based COVID-19 testing, being the main relationship lead from Maisha Meds- I was invited as a thought leader (leveraging technology) to present at the 2022 Annual ISACA conference on “Leveraging technology to support universal healthcare access at the last mile”- On a day to day basis, I am responsible for the following, just to name a few: - Leading operations for our core reimbursement programs - Overall ownership of our reimbursement programs KPIs across countries - Leading engagements with our product management and tech teams to support product development and iteration (front end and back end products) - Supporting executive leadership in refining organizational processes, policies, the people agenda among others - Engaging external stakeholders such as county governments and relevant professional bodiesUpdating executive leadership on programs performance - Overall team management

I play a major role in the delivery of major IT Projects as well as delivery of a number of IT Audit Engagements for various clients. In addition, I have taken up a coordination role in the digital transformation team where I am heavily relied upon in localizing and refining our internal digital go to market strategies, internal capacity building & development, and proposal preparation. Additionally, I establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients to drive business development while communicating projects progress to all relevant stakeholders.During all client engagements, my responsibilities have grown to include team management, the day to day running of projects at clients sites and driving team motivation through engagement. I manage the delivery team, ensuring clear communication of client expectations and providing continuous guidance on project delivery. I am the first reviewer of clients’ projects deliverables, I prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders while championing project risks and issues management. I manage projects stakeholder communication, projects budgets & cost, project timelines, and reporting. Internally at KPMG, I have taken up additional responsibilities including championing departmental debt collection, risk management, and departmental strategy development and dissemination.

KPMG’s IT Advisory team delivers IT Consulting Services including Systems Audit, Information Protection & Business Resilience, CIO Advisory and other major IT Projects. I worked majorly in the delivery of major IT Projects as well as a few IT Audit Assignments where I developed skills and added knowledge in Project Management, Business Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance during System Selection & Implementation. My role’s main value to KPMG revolved around engagement delivery. I managed the day to day engagement with each client during all project phases ensuring that client expectations were clearly understood and delivered. I prepared and presented project progress reports to stakeholders while championing project risks and issues management. I coordinated projects stakeholder communication, projects budgets & cost, project timelines, and reporting.
