I started out as a filling technician, dispensing medications for our long term care facilities. After 6 months, I was promoted and my new responsibilities included billing and quality assurance of refills. Other tasks included calling physicians to get them to sign emergency and continuing C2 forms so that we could dispense vital pain medications in a timely manner. I was also involved in general tasks with the workflow in the pharmacy, and acted as the senior technician on the weekends, in lieu of other managers.

As a volunteer at Dignity Health, I worked in various clerical positions, was responsible for management of the Care Cart for waiting families, and restocked and managed ER supplies.

As a barista at Starbucks, I cashiered, fulfilled drink orders, maintained the dining and kitchen areas, and counted my personal till everyday.
