During my 24 years in the Payroll field I’ve developed extensive skills in monitoring payroll and utilizing analytical auditing techniques. I’ve had the opportunity to manage an HR department for almost two years and learned how payroll and HR coincide with one another. From recruiting, to onboarding, to benefits, to performance and development, to payroll, all aspects are required in allowing an organization to run smoothly. No matter what industry we operate in, with a robust payroll department and a fine-tuned HR department working together in a synergistic and effective way sets up an organization for success. I enjoy learning and challenging myself. This field has allowed me to grow and evolve with all the enhanced systems and modernized processes.
