Maintain full compliance with department financial operations, manage all student-athlete support, public relations and networking, management guidance for alumni relations and special events designed to enhance college visibility and engagement, supervise and manage all department leads on matters involving adherence and fiscal integrity related to the college and all governing authority policies. I manage a 1.2 million dollar annual budget. I work closely with Fiscal Affairs, Enrollment Services, Advising, our Foundation, and Community Partners. My knowledge base of processes across campus has helped the Athletics department to become more efficient and streamline departmental processes.

Admissions Office

Point of contact for Adult learners entering college. Help them through the admission and financial aid process. Assist with choosing a major, academic advising and registering students for classes. Project leader for Quick Admit Days on our main and satellite campus. This project is in conjunction with Academic Affairs and my involvement the the Adult Learning Consortium.

Registrar'S Office

Created the International Student Enrollment unit of Enrollment Services at Dalton State College. Maintain International student records in SEVIS to stay compliant with the Department of Homeland Security and immigration regulations. Review admission requirements and issue I-20's for students to obtain F-1 student visas. Advise International students how to maintain their immigration status through both orientation and ongoing advisement.

Financial Aid Office

Monitor student academic progress in accordance with the Department of Education regulations. Keep students informed of their standing while counseling them in how best to stay on track or remedy their situation in a timely and effective manner to better ensure student retention, progression, and graduation. Write and administer Satisfactory Academic Progress PolicyProject Leader for fafsa completion days at area high schools
