I hold over 10 years of broad geographical experience in the management of programs and teamsfocusing on development issues, including education, gender equality, and technology fordevelopment. I find fulfilment when working on solving challenges that focus on ensuring the equitabledevelopment of communities through sustainable innovations. I currently serve as a Manager, of Regional Programs - Community Resources for the Wikimedia Foundation - the global nonprofit that supports Wikipedia and other digital projects for free knowledge. We provide the technical infrastructure and support hundreds of thousands of volunteers who contribute to Wikipedia. I serve as a board member of the Creative Action Institute - Kenya office, and a transversal /soft skills trainer with AkiraChix, an organization whose mission is to provide the most promising young women in Africa with technology and entrepreneurial skills to compete economically and bridge the gender gap in tech and a #IamRemarkable Facilitator, a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. I was recognized as part of the Top 40 Under 40 Women 2023 - Business Daily Africa; celebrating remarkable women in Kenya, who have shaped industries and careers, and are fierce and talented. The women have shattered glass ceilings with complete competence and absolute integrity.
