- Accomplished in delivering company-wide presentations, confidently adapting to various formats, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual settings.
- Ensure the utmost accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS system, guaranteeing precise eligibility information for vendors.
- Offer prompt and effective responses to benefits-related inquiries from both managers and employees, encompassing plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and general queries.
