Current• Proficient in all aspects of benefits administration, including a comprehensive understanding of state and federal regulations such as FMLA, HIPAA, PPACA (ACA), ERISA, and IRS guidelines.• Provide expert guidance to both managers and employees on the intersection of leave laws with paid time off, workers compensation, as well as short-term and long-term disability benefits.• Skillfully interpret and implement leave programs and policies in strict adherence to relevant federal and state employment laws, such as FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.• Accomplished in delivering company-wide presentations, confidently adapting to various formats, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual settings.• Ensure the utmost accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS system, guaranteeing precise eligibility information for vendors.• Offer prompt and effective responses to benefits-related inquiries from both managers and employees, encompassing plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and general queries.• Demonstrate excellent computer proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite• Familiarity with HR systems like UltiPro, BenefitsPrime, etc., highlighting an ability to adapt to various HR tools and software.• Highly collaborative with outstanding communication skills, effectively conveying information both orally and in writing with clarity and conciseness.• Expertise in conducting research, organizing and analyzing data, and formulating actionable recommendations, as well as initiating and promoting beneficial programs.• Possess an in-depth understanding of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to benefits administration.• Demonstrate the utmost discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained.• Exemplary attention to detail in all aspects of documentation, reporting, and communication, fostering accuracy and precision.
