Accountable for Procurement/Strategic Sourcing Plans for drilling operations in USA, Canada, Mexico, Norway, Guyana and Spain. Review and execute Contracting Strategies, Tender documents, Commercial Evaluations and Bids Awards for different services, equipment, and spare parts. Elaboration of the Annual Procurement Plan. Lead tenders, RFP´s, RFI´s, and Award Processes trough SAP Ariba. Manage contracts in SAP MM. Perform vendors negotiations and saving monitoring. Focal point for contractual finance, legal, HSE and insurance considerations. Coordinate the process of creating and signing contracts; ensure that requirements are well defined before issuing purchase orders.
