I write fiction that includes fantasy, psychological intrigue, the spiritual journey, and romance. My published works include the short story anthology Night Cruiser and the four novels of my Coin of Rulve series: Blood Seed, Dark Twin, Time Candle, and Leaf and Flame. All four won the Reader's Favorite Book Review Silver Seal for multiple five-star reviews. I hold two master’s degrees and am a graduate of the Viable Paradise Science Fiction and Fantasy workshop. I'm also a member of the Alliance of Independent Authors, Phi Beta Kappa, and the Detroit 300 organization Detroit Working Writers.

I have a Master's Degree in pastoral ministry and served on staff as Christian Service Coordinator. My responsibilities included planning and coordinating social justice and outreach projects, volunteer training and supervision, and working with community agencies. I was a founder of the Good Shepherd Coalition, a network of churches and agencies in Macomb County, Michigan that coordinates efforts to help the needy.
