About Veronica Dale

I am a designer with a background in project management, org design, operations, customer service, and set design. I believe in incorporating a balance of form, function and fun in my designs, and never turn down a high five after a small win. I am passionate about taking a holistic and inclusive approach to my projects, and providing value for both the business and the customer.I am currently working at Manulife on the Global Innovation & HCD team, co-chair Manulife's North America Ability ERG, and mentor UX/UI Designers. I continue to expand my knowledge in the areas of Service Design and emerging technology (blockchain, IoT, AI, etc.) through self-study, conferences, and online classes.Along with always advocating for the user I also advocate for inclusive and accessible design and make it a priority to bring awareness of the importance of this to others.
