Tampines Covid-19 Treatment Facility (CTF):- Involved in setting up the Covid-19 Treatment Facility (CTF) through supporting the logistic work by overseeing all furniture, fixtures, and supplies inventory.NurseFirst:- Planned and set-up the operation of Singapore’s first nurse-led telephone triage helpline service by drafting proposals and seeking approval at the board meeting, as well as, supporting in problem solving operational teething issues to ensure highest quality of the service.- Performed statistical analysis to monitor the receptiveness of the triage service and devised strategies with the publicity team to boost uptake of the service more than fourfold.- Prepared presentation materials and reported on clinical effectiveness of the service at monthly multi- disciplinary committee meetings.- Collaborated with partners within and outside of the hospital to outline programs that can better integrate the new service into the existing healthcare system.Urgent Care Centre at Kampung Admiralty:- Managed the day-to-day operation of Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at Kampung Admiralty, including overseeing 10 patient service associates, and facilities and feedback management.- Performed monthly audit on UCC’s service performance and patients’ profile and framed new plans with clinicians to enhance UCC’s clinical and operational capability. As such, reducing waiting time and enhancing the clinical capability of UCC.- Prepared presentation materials and reported on the service performance at monthly stakeholder meetings.Pre-Hospital:- Led the development of a hospital-wide FDR script in preparation for hospital go-live.- Engaged with different stakeholders to draft and refine over 10 pre-hospital operational workflows andpolicies papers.- Planned and facilitated monthly meetings with the multi-disciplinary committee members as thesecretariat.
