The implementation of the agile management culture, combined with a deep study of the user journey led to an innovative solution proposal, which transformed the way the project was executed, resulting in a change in the Backlog, integration with the IT team and the establishment of a more logical and effective documentation system.

Responsible for managing the customer experience and customer service teams worldwide (Germany, USA, Brazil, Canada, Italy and Croatia), as well as hiring new collaborators. Was adopted the 360° communication model, which ensured the integration of the company as a single team. Thanks to the excellent study carried out to understand the target audience, combined with productivity management, we reached about 143,000 new members in the first month of launch, and 2 million people in the first year of the project.

Laboratory for research and development of new telecommunication products and services with a Design Thinking approach. During the programme I had the opportunity to work on several projects, from behavioural research to the development of virtual services.- Project "Contextual Web Service": Simulation of Contextual Intelligence for the mapping of interferences and impacts caused in the routine of volunteers. This experiment aimed to serve as a basis for the development of several future Deutsche Telekom services.- Responsible for managing the development team of the Scout24 Platform (website and APP): qualitative user research, scenario analysis, design, usability testing, user experience analysis, prototyping, Iteration testing and launch. The team was composed of 4 people of different nationalities: German, Indian, Japanese and Brazilian.- Responsible for the creation and execution of the launch campaign and marketing of the lab's website and the book Unternehmen Idee, by psychologist Dr. Raimund Schmolze, head of the office. - Design of the promotional bag for the book launch event. - Creation, planning and execution of various workshops offered by the office.- Creation of the Telekom interactive stand and self-service flow chart for IFA Berlin 2011. - Responsible for cataloguing and maintenance of the office book and toy libraries.
