In my first 3 months at the BID area, I identified the need to optimize the process and I implemented a project to reorganize and make digitally available the legal documents of our products to our distributors. The project had a huge impact on saving the time of the analysts and saving R$ 98k only on its first 6 months of implementation. Also, I helped to create a safe and solid strategy of sales to the government by acting with marketing and pricing areas on the formulation of a pricing strategy for the public market. I have also been engaged in cross-functional projects with areas like Innovation and Marketing.With the innovation area, I worked as a volunteer for 9 months on a project called #makers. 12 associates from cross-functional groups were selected to be part of 3 internal startups. The Challenge was: develop solutions to reduce surgical wait times in Brazil to allow better access to healthcare. Each group was assigned one of three specialty areas: Bariatrics, Oncology (colorectal cancer) and Orthopedics (scoliosis). As a member and leader of the Oncology startup (Infovita) I could get closer to the patients, to internal and external areas and to the business. I also developed know-how in leadership/management, teamwork, project planning with the Design Thinking methodology, public healthcare system, business plan, presentation, and good speech/shark tank.After the end of #makers, I was invited by a Marketing Manager, to lead the reactivation of the J&J colorectal cancer marketing awareness campaign "Movimento #vaipormim". With this experience, I connected with the marketing and sales area and once again I led, planned and executed a project from the beginning to end.All these experiences prepared and motivated me to constantly embrace new challenges and work with commitment and excellence every day. -
