Verónica Raffo is a partner in FERRERE and is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, business management, and her practice area team. She is involved in highly complex and high strategic content cases. She participates in corporate governance issues and complex negotiations in Uruguay and internationally. She also leads the Labor, Social Security and Migration practice area and the Human Health team, and collaborates especially on the development of women at the firm.In addition to her professional activity, Raffo is a referent on entrepreneurship and gender issues. In that connection she is an affiliate of the Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises Mondiales world organization and since 2012 has been FCEM Commissioner for Latin America.
