Designation: Accounts ExecutiveKey Responsibilities: Maintaining Books of Accounts and records all the Accounting transactions in ERP Software. Preparation of all types vouchers like Cash, Bank, Journal, Sales, Purchase, Debit Note, Credit Note Receipts, Payments related spreadsheet and their proper posting in the books of accounts. Preparing and Issuing Tax Invoices & Pro-forma Invoices. Generate E-way Bill from GST portal for dispatch of goods against Invoices & Delivery challans. Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors with ageing and Bank Reconciliation statement. Making Payments to Vendors, Contractors, Suppliers, Employees’ Salaries, Reimbursements and Banking activities like Cash Withdrawal, Cheques deposit, DD, FD related works. Supervision all TDS heads like Contractor, Professional, Salary, Rent, Interest, Commission deposit their challan, issue TDS certificate & posting invoices as per applicability of TDS provisions. Timely Deposit Govt. dues/ Compliance like, PF, ESIC, GST, TDS etc. payments. Preparation & uploading of monthly details of Outward supplies i.e. GSTR-1 on GST Portal. Preparation & uploading of monthly details of Inward supplies i.e. GSTR-3B on GST Portal. Reconciliation of Books’ Input Tax Credit with GSTR 2A, GSTR 2B. Good skills in using the Microsoft Office products, especially with Excel and Word. Auditing Expenses on regular basis. Understanding about Financials like Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Trail Balance. Maintaining of Soft files and hard files of supporting documents. Other regular work as management required.
