Working as a Project Manager in Nokia Romania Factory Program and as an internal Change consultant in leading & facilitating the way of working change in Indirect Sourcing, Manufacturing & Testing equipment category. Member of Nokia Romania Factory Program management.High lights: Leading of virtual & multicultural project team of (20) senior sourcing managers and buyers successfully and delivering all the deliverables according to Nokia Romania Factory Program schedule. Succesful change project in involving thirty sourcing managers around the globe. The deliverable of project was new, fresh approach to create Nokia manufacturing technology strategy including both technological & commercial aspects. With this kind of approach Nokia can ensure that suppliers can meet the current and future technology needs and that solutions will be cost effective both in the short and long term.

Working as a head of Materials Management and as change project manager in leading the factory level organization change project, involving 50 operators. Member of factory management team.High lights: Total change of mindset in factory organisation which outcome was real cross functional co-operation within different departments in factory and significantly improved customer service.

I led proof of concept of Document Management platform. Main tasks was to ensure that requirements of Nokia R&D functions will be embedded into Nokia level Product Data Management (PDM) solution development. There were thousands of users identified for the investigated document management system. My job was to maintain and enhance the co-operation in between business stakeholders and software supplier. Achievement: We were able to collect holistic user requirements and create related use-cases for profound user tests. During user interviews we build good co-operation in between different business parties. I got good feedback of my ability to bring out different viewpoints constructively and build common understanding.
